DAMAGED or OPENED boxes must be reported to PCOSKEY® IMMEDIATELY after being delivered. Please take PICTURES of the damaged box. Pictures should include contents in the box, any damaged or broken products, interior of the original box, packing material, shipping label with the tracking number and dimensions of the box (found on the bottom of the box).
SHORTAGES in undamaged or unopened boxes must be reported within 5 business days. PCOSKEY® will immediately start an investigation to resolve the shortage as soon as possible.
